Welcome — I’m Devid De Benedetti, an independent marine engineering consultant with over a decade of hands-on experience navigating the deep currents of offshore and subsea innovation. I built my foundation as a subcontractor for 12 years, earning a front-row seat to the complexities of marine operations across the globe. But in 2020, I pivoted — stepping away from the shadow of contracts written by others to establish my own name, and my own vision, in the industry.

Since then, I’ve led as Founder and Principal Consultant of a practice built on independence, precision, and uncompromising standards. My work has reached coastlines and deepwater fields in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, West Africa, Northern Europe, and Southeast Asia, delivering solutions that span vessel systems design, offshore platform integrity, and subsea operations.

I earned both my Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Engineering from Texas A&M University, an institution that sharpened my curiosity into capability. I hold professional certifications that affirm both my depth and discipline:

• P.E. (Professional Engineer)

• BC.OE (Board Certified in Ocean Engineering)
